Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Pastoral Operations to join our team at Cranleigh Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the church, leading and managing staff, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the church's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Church Operations: Ensure the efficient and effective management of church operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and Manage Staff: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff members, including senior pastors, elders, deacons, and other church leaders.
  • Collaborate with Senior Pastor and Elders: Work closely with the senior pastor and elders to develop and implement the church's mission and vision, and to ensure the effective implementation of church programs and initiatives.
  • Improve Interactions: Identify areas for improvement in interactions between staff members, and develop strategies to enhance communication, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Ministry Administration: Assist the senior pastor and elders in the administration of church ministries, including planning, budgeting, and evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a church or similar organization.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as theology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
