Front Office Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Shangri-La Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-in/Check-out Procedures: Conduct thorough and efficient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the day-to-day front desk operations, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Guest Services: Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and excellent service delivery.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the front desk team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
