Main Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives, aligning with national and regional objectives, while leveraging cross-functional teams' expertise.
  2. Lead high-performance teams to deliver comprehensive strategic insights and actionable recommendations, addressing the evolving needs of key stakeholders and clients.
  3. Nurture strong partnerships with senior decision-makers to comprehend their strategic requirements and tailor consulting services accordingly.
  4. Create a productive team environment, fostering collaboration and open communication among team members.
  5. Design and implement effective strategies within the public sector, prioritizing sustainability and driving business expansion.
  6. Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing and client presentations, to contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in consulting, preferably in MENA public sector consulting, showcasing strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with fluency in Arabic and excellent communication abilities.
  • Possession of an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, demonstrating expertise in strategy development and implementation.
