We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a business development strategy to drive sales of our IRIS Data Platform to end users and System Integrators across the region.

About the Opportunity

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team and make a significant impact on our growth strategy in the Middle East.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully articulating and selling technology led solutions to new customers within the Healthcare and Public sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales of our IRIS Data Platform to end users and System Integrators across the Middle East.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the Middle East.
  3. Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to close deals.
  4. Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the Middle East.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of successfully articulating and selling technology led solutions to new customers within the Healthcare and Public sectors.
  • Eight years' minimum track record in achieving above quota performance.
  • Evidence of sales success through partners.
  • Excellent listening, written and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue streams from existing customers and partners.
  • A strong understanding of technology and the concept of middleware.
