Role Overview

At Headway, we are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and correspondence, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming - Deliver a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression of our organization.
  • Communication - Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Scheduling - Schedule appointments, maintain calendars for meeting rooms, and ensure seamless coordination of internal and external meetings.
  • Administrative Support - Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Issue Resolution - Promptly address client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
