Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and friendly Service Crew Member to join our team at Tortilla Restaurant. As a Service Crew Member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests

Our Service Crew Members are responsible for greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner upon their arrival. This includes providing a positive first impression and setting the tone for a great dining experience.

Presenting Menus and Taking Orders

Our Service Crew Members are responsible for presenting menus to guests and taking food and beverage orders. This includes providing detailed information about our dishes and beverages, and answering any questions or concerns that guests may have.

Providing Attentive Service

Our Service Crew Members are responsible for providing attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience. This includes anticipating and fulfilling customer needs, and ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Ensuring Quality and Accuracy

Our Service Crew Members are responsible for checking dishes and beverages for quality and accuracy before serving them to guests. This includes ensuring that all orders are accurate and that guests receive their food and beverages in a timely manner.

Providing Exceptional Customer Service

Our Service Crew Members are responsible for providing exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience. This includes attending to guest needs, addressing any issues or complaints promptly, and ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Maintaining a Clean and Organized Dining Area

Our Service Crew Members are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. This includes ensuring that the dining area is clean and tidy, and that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.

Ensuring Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations

Our Service Crew Members are responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards of hygiene. This includes following all health and safety procedures, and reporting any incidents or concerns to management.

Preparing and Delivering Checks

Attending Training Sessions and Staying Up-to-Date

Assisting with Opening and Closing Duties

Requirements
  • Previous Experience as a Waiter or in a Customer Service Role
