As representatives of Emirates, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance and guidance during their travels. Therefore, a friendly demeanor, keen observation skills, and the ability to deliver the right support are crucial.
Being part of the cabin crew encompasses much more than just providing service; ensuring safety is our utmost priority. You will be expected to lead with confidence and manage aircraft services, security, and safety protocols effectively. This expertise is cultivated through our comprehensive training programs at our advanced training center.
Required Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- A positive outlook and a natural talent for delivering outstanding service in a collaborative environment, engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A height of at least 160 cm and the ability to reach 212 cm while on tiptoes, to access emergency equipment on various aircraft.
- No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (must not be covered with bandages or cosmetics).
- Willingness to be based in Dubai and comply with the UAE's employment visa regulations.
