Job Title: Food and Beverage Crew

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Crew member to join our team at The First Group Dubai. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Service Preparation: Ensure that all tables are set and ready for service, and that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, and communicate with management to ensure that supplies are replenished as needed.
  • Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our menu offerings and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Serving and Sales: Take orders from guests, serve food and beverages, and consistently upsell and promote our menu items.
  • Communication: Liaise with the kitchen and management to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all guest areas are immaculate.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
