Job Description

Job Title: Food and Beverage Crew

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Crew member to join our team at The First Group Dubai. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Service Preparation: Ensure all tables are set, cutlery is polished, and the dining area is clean and tidy.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, reporting any shortages to management.
  • Menu Knowledge: Have an in-depth understanding of our menu offerings and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Serving and Taking Orders: Take orders from guests, explain menu options, and ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication: Liaise with the kitchen, management, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Upselling and Promotions: Consistently upsell food and beverages, promoting our menu offerings and promotions to guests.
  • Order Preparation: Prepare orders, such as drinks and snacks, to the highest standard.
  • Service Standards: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Guest Feedback: Collect and report guest feedback, using it to improve our service and menu offerings.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our service standards and goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and stock management.

Desired Skills and Expertise:

  • High Volume Experience: Preferably experienced in high-volume F&B operations.
  • Customer Service: Maintains great customer service to all guests.
  • Planning and Organizing: Planning and organizing tasks, people, and supplies.
