We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to help us enhance our market presence and drive business expansion at Aalasolutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business cases and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand client needs and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed business growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Represent Aalasolutions at industry events, conferences, and other business development activities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development services and the technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
