Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Sundus Recruitment and Outsourcing Services, Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
  3. Sales Coordination: Manage sales coordination for existing and new business, including streamlining and updating product databases.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  5. Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  6. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes.
  7. Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve sales-related issues and challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the paints and coatings industry.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
