We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Caliberly. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the golf, landscaping, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share of our products, including E-Z-GO, Cushman, Jacobsen, Husqvarna, Solis, MultiOne, and other brands.
- Business Development: Establish and maintain successful business relationships with key clients in the territory, including golf clubs, landscape contractors, hotels, sports clubs, and retail partners.
- Strategic Planning: Work with our General Manager to create and implement business strategies to increase revenue, target new clients, and grow market share.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present business reports to the General Manager, highlighting new opportunities and key decision makers.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare and monitor sales forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annually, as well as prepare stock order plans as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our service and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in sales or business development, preferably in the golf, landscaping, or turf industry.
- Education: Degree level or equivalent in a relevant field, such as golf, turf, landscaping, or agriculture.
- Skills: Strong sales, marketing, and communication skills, with knowledge of P&L analysis, competitor analysis, and business reports.
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications, Excel, and Microsoft/SAP CRM knowledge is preferred.
