Key Responsibilities:

  1. Email Management: Manage all email correspondence for the MD, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  2. Phone Call Handling: Handle incoming phone calls, screening and directing calls as appropriate.
  3. Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders contacting the MD via email or phone.
  4. Calendar Management: Maintain the MD's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  5. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings attended by the MD.
  6. Communication Coordination: Coordinate with other departments and team members to gather information or facilitate communication on behalf of the MD.
  7. Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  8. Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the MD.
