Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Navigation: Assist clients in finding their way around the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Announcements: Announce clients as necessary, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Security and Compliance: Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel arrangements.
  • Meeting and Training Rooms: Prepare meeting and training rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Phone and Communication: Answer phones in a professional manner, routing calls as necessary, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Team Support: Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, providing a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
