Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Create engaging and accessible learning content that meets the needs of our staff members across the Lifestyle business.
  • Budget Management: Assist in forecasting and managing the L&D annual departmental budget, ensuring that training costs are aligned with defined budgets.
  • Staff Development: Connect with staff members to understand their strengths and areas of development, and organize appropriate trainings to meet their learning needs.
  • Onboarding and Coaching: Deliver an effective onboarding process and coach and mentor staff on a regular basis to support self-development and draw out the full potential of individuals and teams.
  • Network Development: Create and maintain a network of buddy trainers who drive in-store learnings and assist in managing accounts for L&D suppliers and content providers.
  • Travel and Partnership: Travel across regions to deliver specific learning needs to stores and partner with stores to support their needs.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualification: Hold a professional qualification in Learning & Development and Coaching/Mentoring.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-9 years' experience in the learning & development field.
  • Language Skills: Advanced verbal and written English and Arabic languages.
  • Coaching and Influencing: Proven coaching and influencing skills to solve L&D issues and develop digitalized improvements to learning solutions.
