Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in People & Development, especially in the luxury hotel or high-end fashion brand industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills that demonstrate expertise in organizational change and employee growth.
  • Data analysis skills to crunch numbers and tweak strategies for maximum impact.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and connect with teams at every level.
  • Tech-savviness with HRIS systems and the latest learning platforms.
  • A passion for hospitality that shines brighter than the industry standard.
