Call Center Team Lead

At Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority, we are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing call centre activities, including managing databases, receiving and responding to calls and inquiries in line with ADAA policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement section-related policy, procedures manual, delegation of authority, systems user manuals, and standard forms, ensuring alignment with ADAA's overall policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and update of the section's strategic, budget, and procurement plans, ensuring alignment with the department and sector's strategy and objectives, and ADAA's mission and vision.
- Performance Management:
- Ensure individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer queries accurately and timely as per ADAA policy and procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop reports and presentations for updates on all initiatives and progress on KPIs to present to management as required.
