Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to assess security needs, challenges, and priorities, crafting tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Evangelize the company's cybersecurity platforms and solutions to customers, stakeholders, and at industry events, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
  • Serve as a key advocate for MDR cybersecurity solutions, ensuring customer success through effective sales and proposal development, and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Partner with sales teams and strategic service providers to develop winning proposals that meet customer needs and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with a strong foundation in computer systems and networks.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales engineering or solutions architect roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and meeting customer objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and technical documentation, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.
  • Strong verbal presentation and negotiation skills, with experience in conducting client meetings and negotiations.

Desired Qualification

  • Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant cybersecurity credentials, demonstrating expertise in cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity solutions for large enterprises or complex environments, with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved.
  • Proficiency in industry-leading cybersecurity tools and platforms, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing these solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and proposal development skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and managed services, to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet customer objectives.
