Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Provide insights into industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices to customers.
  • Conduct technical gap analysis sessions with clients to evaluate their cybersecurity posture.
  • Design customized cybersecurity solutions, including vulnerability management, endpoint security, and cloud security.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals, including architecture diagrams and solution roadmaps.
  • Showcase cybersecurity solutions through Proof-of-Concept deployments.
  • Address technical concerns, objections, and challenges raised by clients during the sales cycle.
  • Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and tenders by providing detailed technical responses.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, and vendors) to ensure alignment of proposed solutions.
  • Coordinate with product vendors and technology partners to design and validate solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their confidence in proposed solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and CompTIA Security+.
  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years of experience with hands-on knowledge in system admin role, presales, and the cybersecurity domain.
