High-Level Office Administrator

The ideal candidate for the High-Level Office Administrator position will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience and a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. They will be responsible for providing high-level support to the Chairman and multiple directors at S&K HR Consulting. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented High-Level Office Administrator to efficiently manage the office of the Chairman while also supporting multiple directors. The role requires a versatile professional who can handle PRO-related activities, bookkeeping, filing, guest management, and office administration in coordination with the Office Manager. The ideal candidate should possess excellent multitasking abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Coordinate with cleaners and vendors to maintain a clean and well-maintained workplace.
- Ensure office utilities, repairs, and maintenance are carried out in a timely manner.
- Maintain relationships with facility management service providers.
- Procure necessary supplies and materials.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in financial documentation, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Oversee office administration and document management.
- Support HR functions, including employee documentation and leave tracking.
- Handle communication with vendors and regulatory bodies.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and necessary documents.
