Position Overview:

As an Administrative Officer, your primary responsibility will be to manage various real estate administrative tasks efficiently. Experience in real estate administrative work or telesales is a distinct advantage. Your role will include but is not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of office operations.
2. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records and documents, including real estate-related paperwork.
3. Client Relations: Communicate with clients professionally, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
4. Data Entry: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in our databases.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within the company to facilitate efficient operations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in office administration is required.
2. Experience in real estate administrative tasks is a valuable advantage.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office.
6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Positive and proactive attitude.
