Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development to lead the development and execution of our people strategy to drive business success. As a strategic HR leader, you will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, driving organizational change, and developing policies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, including comprehensive budgeting and resource allocation to optimize workforce performance and organizational growth.
  • Manage recruitment strategies and utilize various talent acquisition platforms to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and culture.
  • Design and implement performance management systems, including performance appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and professional development plans to enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and implement effective grade levels, ensuring alignment with the organizational structure, reporting structure, responsibilities and scope of work.
  • Create comprehensive HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and align with organizational goals.
  • Manage and facilitate organizational change, including workforce planning, communication strategies, and employee transition processes to ensure smooth and effective restructuring.
  • Develop and manage employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and individual needs.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor HR professionals to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, ensuring effective delivery of HR services and continuous professional growth.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address organizational challenges, adapt to landscape changes, and drive positive change across the company.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • [15+] years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience in policy creation, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
