Job Summary

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their unique needs and provide HR solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Talent Management: Drive the talent management process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and retention.
  • HR Audits: Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make informed decisions.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on HR trends and best practices within the technology industry.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Supervisor, or HR Business Partner in the technology industry.
  • Skills: Proven experience in Human Resource management, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee development, benefits administration, etc.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • HR Technology: Proficient in HRIS and other HR technology tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership and team management skills.
