Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Communication and Reception

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and courteous manner.

Document Management

Manage and maintain our filing system, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Record Keeping and Data Entry

Record information as needed and update paperwork, maintaining accurate and detailed records.

Administrative Tasks

Perform general office clerk duties, including errands and other tasks as required.

Accounting and Finance

Maintain accounting entries, including making invoices, delivery orders, local purchase orders, and expense entries as required.

Client Communication

Follow up with clients related to sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Office Maintenance

Maintain office equipment and ensure that all systems are functioning properly.

Database Management

Create, maintain, and enter information into databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
