Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.
- Communication Support: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Document Management: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, as well as maintain accurate records and files.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to colleagues, including data entry, report preparation, and other tasks as needed.
- Visitor Management: Register visitors, maintain accurate records, and ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
- General Administration: Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
Monday – Thursday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm with an hour break.
Friday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm.
Contract
Contract length: 12 months.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
