Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at NTT Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all necessary details are captured and communicated to relevant parties.
  • Office Management: Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and systems, ensuring that all necessary resources are available and functioning properly.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with ad-hoc project requirements, prepare and distribute reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Travel and Expense Management: Book travel arrangements, process expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring that all necessary details are captured and communicated to relevant parties.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior administrative experience in a similar type of role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
