Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at MAJID AL FUTTAIM. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our teams in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with the Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Store teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage Signage and Visual Merchandising
    • Coordinate with the VM & Marketing departments to ensure timely and accurate signage for new launches, campaigns, and products.
    • Create and maintain a tracker of signage created, quantities, and deliverables.
  • Ensure Compliance and Accuracy
    • Verify and ensure that POs and payments are delivered in line with company policy.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Store teams.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Assist the marketing team on key projects and coordinate with approved agencies and third parties as needed.
  • Manage Store Signage Database
    • Create and maintain a store signage database in line with the brand specification, location, and dimensions.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years' experience in a similar role managing multiple brands.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Experience with administrative work and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
