As a Business Development Manager at TalentSource International, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through client referrals, networking, and lead generation. You will excel in presenting tailored solutions to clients while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business development plans to achieve company growth objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform sales strategies and improve performance
  • Promoting the company's brand and expanding its presence in key markets
  • Delivering presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in software sales
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and closing significant deals
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
