  10. Quotation Preparation: Prepare quotations for repair and improvement works, and ensure that all necessary information is included.
  11. Invoicing and Billing: Handle invoicing, billing, and collection follow-up for maintenance and repair work conducted.
  12. Renovation Offering: Support the renovation offering and ensure that all necessary information is collected.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any discipline.
  • 5-12 years of experience in the same field in the UAE.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English language skills; Arabic would be an advantage.
