Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventive Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks on assigned elevators, adhering to our comprehensive route chart.
  • Elevator Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough inspections and fault-finding to quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal elevator performance.
  • Call-Back Response: Swiftly respond to equipment call-backs, inspecting and repairing elevators to return them to service efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement: Identify and report abnormalities, missing components, and potential safety concerns, implementing corrective actions and opportunities for up-selling.
  • Junior Support and Development: Mentor and assist junior colleagues with maintenance operations, promoting skill development and a culture of excellence.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Accurately complete maintenance records, log cards, and other necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with our rigorous quality standards.
  • Client Site Operations: Conduct all maintenance operations in accordance with client site rules, Otis safety guidelines, and our strict working procedures.
