- Front Office Operations: Manage front office cashiers' transactions, including posting charges to guests and exchanging foreign currency, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
- Room Status Updates: Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure accurate room status updates, including late check-outs and early check-ins.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of hotel products and services, as well as daily and meeting activities, to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international, luxury hotel environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
