Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our residential sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Scale Sales Team: Develop and implement strategies to build and scale our sales team, including recruiting, training, and managing sales professionals.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including market analysis, competitor research, and sales forecasting.
- Lead Sales Team: Lead and manage our sales team, including setting performance expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including existing client database management and new business development.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending actions for improvement.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in residential sales, generating revenue and managing sales teams.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, including managing sales teams and developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, including market analysis, competitor research, and sales forecasting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Multilingual, with experience working with multinationals.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including Dubai's market trends and requirements.
