Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our Call Centre team at Al Tayer Insignia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call centre management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Call Centre, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and high-quality interactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, team engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing team of call centre agents, focusing on skill development and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and analytics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in the Call Centre.

The successful candidate will be a results-driven leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Arabic language proficiency is preferred, but not required.
