Job Summary
The Guest Service Centre Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, effective communication, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to duty roster and be punctual.
- Handle guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the resort and its services.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the guest service centre area.
- Develop and maintain a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.
- Participate in training programs for the Front Office Department as scheduled.
Requirements
- A strong focus on customer service.
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Computer skills in Ms Office; experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
