Job Summary

The Guest Service Centre Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, effective communication, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to duty roster and be punctual.
  • Handle guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the resort and its services.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the guest service centre area.
  • Develop and maintain a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.
  • Participate in training programs for the Front Office Department as scheduled.

Requirements

  • A strong focus on customer service.
  • Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Computer skills in Ms Office; experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
