Key Responsibilities:

The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Front desk objectives and procedures are defined and implemented.
  • Staff are hired, trained, and managed effectively.
  • Guest complaints and questions are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • The front desk area is maintained to a high standard.
  • Front desk supplies and equipment are managed efficiently.
  • Budgets, records, and contracts are managed effectively.
  • Staff performance is supervised and reviewed regularly.
  • Reports and feedback are generated for presentation to the general manager.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
