Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Executive at Shuraa Management And Consultancy LLC, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. Your primary duties will include:

  • Organizing transport services for guests at their request, providing a convenient and hassle-free experience.
  • Providing guests with information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions, ensuring they feel informed and supported.
  • Serving as a host at conferences, ensuring all relevant preparations are made for the event, and providing exceptional service to attendees.

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
