- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring a safe and clean environment for employees and visitors.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant party, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including receiving and sending courier, arranging office supplies, and maintaining employee and department directories.
- Support the team by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours and Location:
8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, Sajja Industrial Area, Sharjah.
