The role involves optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on investment (ROI), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and cost per acquisition (CPA).

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing roles at early or growth-stage startups.
  • Familiarity with the full marketing funnel, including customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Able to work independently with high accountability and take ownership of projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in MySQL for extracting and analyzing campaign performance data.
