Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tay Services. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, create a welcoming environment, and manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain all office documents, contracts, customers, vendors, staff records, and other document types.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain a filing system, check office supplies, and document expenses.
  • Administrative Support: Provide occasional receptionist duties, manage meetings and appointments, and maintain a high level of organization and professionalism.
Requirements and Skills
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organization: Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and excellent computer skills.
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Residency: Personal resident visa (we will provide work permit only).
  • Location: Lives in Dubai.
  • Work Schedule: Work from 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Saturday, 1 hour break (12:00PM-1:00PM), Sundays off.
