Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Iyanli. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  2. Office Operations: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic. Ensure accurate and timely filing and retrieval of documents.
  3. Communication: Serve as a liaison between team members, departments, and external parties, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  4. Event Planning: Assist with the organization of office events, meetings, and conferences, including coordinating logistics and arrangements.
  5. Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  6. Supply Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
  7. Mail and Package Handling: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely and secure processing.
Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or in a similar role.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
