We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Administrative Tasks: Manage data in spreadsheets and reports, maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication and Coordination: Greet and direct visitors, answer phone inquiries, and handle complaints in a courteous and professional manner. Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and distribute memos and reports as needed.
  • Office Management: Ensure that office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies. Operate copy equipment, fax machines, printers, and other equipment as needed.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems, and maintain the integrity of our company's information.
  • Travel and Reporting: Occasionally travel off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments, and ensure that all reports and files are accurately completed and submitted.

**Requirements:**
