Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Brava Casa Interior LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Director, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Office Operations: Manage office supplies stock, place orders, and maintain a well-organized filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  2. Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets/petty cash, and provide statistical data for presentations as assigned.
  3. Database Management: Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  4. Communication and Customer Service: Answer queries from employees and clients, provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the organization's success, and manage special projects for the Director.
  5. Travel and Event Planning: Arrange travel and accommodations, schedule in-house and external events, and coordinate the agenda of senior management team meetings.
  6. Executive Support: Assist the Director in scheduling meetings, attending meetings, and following up on contacts made by the Director.
  7. Strategic Initiatives: Work with the Strategic Initiatives team in coordinating the Director's outreach activities and facilitating cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadline pressures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
