We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and improve our business models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Develop and sell business plans to meet or exceed financial goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain productive working relationships with key customer contacts, selling mutually effective business plans and driving business growth.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and drive business growth, using analytical tools and integrating various data systems to develop new insights.
  • Category Strategy: Provide input into retailer category strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category plans.

Requirements

  • Australian citizen or permanent resident, including New Zealand citizens.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, in any field.
  • Between 2 - 6 years of experience in Sales role.
  • Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative, with a proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Work effectively with diverse groups of people, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel on the job.
  • Basic financial knowledge, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
