As a Senior Business Development Manager at Precision Hire Solution, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and developing customer relationships. Your key objectives will include proposing credit limits for assigned strategic areas, preparing and deploying annual business plans, and providing accurate input for demand planning. You will also be responsible for organizing product presentations, promotional events, and actively promoting the brands and organization for key strategic areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and customer relationships.
  • Propose credit limits for assigned strategic areas and follow up on past dues.
  • Prepare and deploy annual business plans for all key strategic areas.
  • Provide accurate input for demand planning and coordinate with CS to ensure best possible deliveries.
  • Organize product presentations and promotional events.
  • Actively promote the brands and organization for key strategic areas.
  • Identify, prevent, and act on market trends and changes.
  • Provide training and cooperation to sales and marketing persons.
  • Manage sales, marketing, and technical activities in relevant markets.
  • Understand demand from the field and act/react upon it.
  • Support Consumer PBU activities and liaise with field in managing internal processes.
  • Grow corporate market position by developing a user pull-through territory and a strong dealer network.
