- Incident Management: Ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on operations by prioritizing requests and incidents.
- Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality support services by following IT service management best practices.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- System Administration: Manage and support endpoint devices (Windows & Mac) and support desktop and application virtualization.
- Training and Development: Deliver IT orientation sessions and workshops to staff and faculty on classroom technologies and applications.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and maintain documentation, including Knowledge Base and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Collaboration and Communication: Deliver high-quality services in collaboration with internal IT Teams (Infrastructure, Application, and Information Security).
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
