Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Culture Executive to join our team at Accor. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a date database for resumes, assisting in the recruitment and hiring of all rank & file employees, and managing the entire recruitment process from coordinating interviews to employee arrivals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment and hiring of all rank & file employees, ensuring that the process is fair, transparent, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Establish and maintain effective employee relations, ensuring that employees are engaged, motivated, and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from coordinating interviews to employee arrivals, ensuring that the process is efficient, effective, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain a date database for resumes, ensuring that employee data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • HR Administration: Coordinate with all departments with regard to Human Resources-related activities, ensuring that HR processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate with the PRO to obtain employee visas and manage the arrival process of new employees, ensuring that the onboarding process is smooth, efficient, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • HR Audits: Responsible for the audit of his/her related work area, ensuring that HR processes are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee File Management: Maintain and employees' files by regularly filing employees' documents, ensuring that employee data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Confidentiality: Develop and maintain confidential departmental employee files, documents, and databases, ensuring that sensitive employee information is protected and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations Functions: Coordinate departmental employee relations functions in consultation with the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager, monitor and track annual and sick leave accruals, ensuring that employee relations processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Organize daily incoming correspondence, make preliminary assessments, and handle/respond as appropriate, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Director's Diary Management: Manage the Director of Human Resources diary and ensure that trace files are checked and actioned on a daily basis, ensuring that the Director's diary is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Communication: Maintain all employee files and handle telephone calls as per Rixos Hotels standard, taking messages and prioritizing when necessary, ensuring that employee communication is efficient, effective, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
