ROLE: People& Culture Executive

MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

   Maintaining a date database for resumes for futurefacilitation of recruitment needs
   Assist in the recruitment and hiring of all rank& file employee   
    Manage theentire recruitment process from coordinating interviews contractingto employee arrivals
   Establish and maintain effective employeerelations
    Coordinate withall departments with regard to Human Resources relatedactivities
    Coordinate withthe PRO to obtain employee visas and manage the arrival process ofnew employees
    Responsiblefor the audit of his/her related workarea
    Maintain and employeesfiles by regularly filing employeesdocuments
    Develop andmaintain confidential departmental employee files documents anddatabases 
   Coordinate departmental employee relation functions inconsultation with the Director of Human Resources / Human ResourcesManager monitor and track annual and sick leaveaccruals
    Organize dailyincoming correspondence make preliminary assessment andhandle/respond asappropriate 
   Manage the Director of Human Resources diary and ensurethat trace file is checked and actioned on a dailybasis
    Maintain all employeefiles and handle telephone calls as per Rixos Hotels standard andtake messages and prioritize wherenecessary 
    Keepcalendar constantly updated to facilitate appointment and meetingschedules 
   Establish and maintain various filing/records/database ofbusiness contacts trace pending items and follow up asappropriate 
   Arrange for various meetings take minutes as well as anymanagement meeting as theyarise 
    and draftminutes of meeting to becirculated 
   Prepare letters memos and other documents using wordprocessing spreadsheet database or presentationsoftware


Qualifications :

Diploma or degree invocational hospitality fresher or 1year experience in 45 starhotel.
