The key responsibilities for this position are:

- Process all type of visas including employment visas, residence visas for employees as well as for the hotel guests and entertainers.
- Assist the People and Culture operation based on a detailed and up-to-date understanding of local labour law.
- Supervise and monitor all matters of work permits and visas.
- Maintain full records of each team member’s copy of passport, LOCAL ID and visas, both online and in paper form, and ensure all such information are updated and valid.
- Process team member’s exit permits.
- Process visa cancellation of confirmed resigned team members.
- Monitor and process renewal of company registration card, permits, licenses and other legal requirements to operate the business.
- Assist in obtaining police reports and medical reports required for any legal proceedings.
- Process team member’s contract registration to Ministry of Labour.
- Assist all company related legal cases undertakings and make recommendations in accordance to Local laws.
- Perform other side task assigned by Manager/Director of People & Culture.

**Employee Communications**
- Assist in communication of key messages to all team members and maintain a positive relationship with team representatives to ensure smooth processes of PRO.

**Qualifications**:

- With 2-5 years of experience in the same field in hotel industry
- With excellent Arabic and English communication skills (oral and written)
- With pleasing personality and a well focused individual
- Able to handle pressure at work and capability to multi-task
