About the Role

Aventus is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Associate Director, Investor Relations & Business Development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in investor relations, fundraising, capital introduction, or business development within asset management, private equity, investment banking, or a related financial services sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and large, institutionalized family offices in the UAE or KSA, focusing on alternative investment products across private equity, private credit, real assets, and hedge funds.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, capital introduction, or business development within asset management, private equity, investment banking, or a related financial services sector.
  • Strong existing network of institutional investors and family offices, particularly within the UAE and KSA.
  • Proven track record in raising capital from institutional investors and family offices for alternative investment products.
  • Deep understanding of private markets, alternative investment strategies, and institutional investor allocations.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to engage in investment discussions with sophisticated investors.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
