Enterprise Sales Leader

Capstone Solutions is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts across our portfolio of software solutions, with a focus on driving business growth and development in the digital business domain.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with enterprise customers in the UAE, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a proven track record of sales leadership, as well as a deep understanding of the software industry and the latest technology trends.
You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and development in the digital business domain.
- Lead sales efforts across our portfolio of software solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise customers in the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while also identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, pipeline progress, and customer relationships.
- Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the software industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success in driving business growth and development through sales and marketing efforts.
- Strong understanding of the software industry and the latest technology trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and motivation.
